Hamilton: 12 townhomes on Oak Street in Oakridge
Hamilton is a boutique collection of 12 townhomes at 6074 Oak Street, just north of West 45th Avenue in Vancouver’s Oakridge neighbourhood. Completed in 2016 and now sold out, it is part of Listraor’s long run of homes on the Oak Street corridor, where we have built 181 townhomes.
Raymond Letkeman Architects designed Hamilton as two three-storey buildings of six homes each, one facing Oak Street and one behind it, over a shared underground parkade. Brick and panel exteriors, clean lines, deep wood soffits and generous windows give Hamilton a modern West Coast look, with plenty of natural light inside. Landscaping by ETA Landscape Architecture, with ornamental grasses and gated front gardens, softens the street edge. Every home has three bedrooms.
Hamilton is steps from Oak and Carrington, two more Listraor communities at Oak and 45th, and a few blocks south of Oakridge Park, with its new shops and 10 acres of parkland, and the Oakridge–41st Avenue Canada Line station. Dr. Annie B. Jamieson Elementary and Eric Hamber Secondary serve the neighbourhood, and downtown and YVR are both a short drive.
