Twenty: 20 view townhomes in Burnaby Heights

Twenty is a community of 20 two- and three-storey townhomes at 3737 Pender Street, in Burnaby’s Willingdon Heights neighbourhood. Now sold out, its homes take in views of the downtown Vancouver skyline, the North Shore mountains, Metrotown and Burnaby Mountain.

Baldwin Architecture designed Twenty with classic West Coast forms: lap siding, gabled roofs and bay windows, with balconies above. Every home has its own front entry up a short flight of stairs, with a patio and garden behind a metal railing, and mature trees shade the walkways.

The shops and restaurants of Hastings Street are a short walk away, and Altura, another Listraor community, is just along Pender Street.
