Laurel: 24 townhomes in Cascade Heights, Burnaby
Laurel is an intimate collection of 24 contemporary townhomes at 3788 Laurel Street, in Burnaby’s Cascade Heights neighbourhood. Completed in 2009 and now sold out, it was designed to offer the ease of urban living with the space of a suburban home.
NSDA Architects designed Laurel as three-storey townhomes, each with its own ground-floor entry. Large roof decks take in views of the city and the North Shore mountains, and owners share a landscaped courtyard as well as their own private gardens and patios. Inside, fireplaces, window seats and hardwood floors add warmth, and parking is underground.
Central Park and Metropolis at Metrotown are close by, and downtown Vancouver is within easy reach.
