Perron: 31 garden homes and townhomes across from Winona Park

Perron is a boutique community of 31 garden homes and townhomes at 7587 Yukon Street in Marpole, directly across from Winona Park. Completed in 2021 and now sold out, it offered one-, two- and four-bedroom homes, so first-time buyers, growing families and downsizers could all find a fit.

RLA Architects designed Perron in a contemporary West Coast style, with brick, panel cladding and dormer windows. Four four-storey buildings frame a landscaped mews over one level of underground parking. Single-level garden homes at ground level have private patio entries, and the multi-level townhomes above open onto rooftop patios that look out over the park. Inside, triple-glazed windows and concrete floors keep the homes quiet, and an air-source heat pump heats and cools each one.

Winona Park is right across the street. J.W. Sexsmith Elementary and Sir Winston Churchill Secondary serve the area, and Marine Gateway’s shops and Canada Line station are close by. Downtown is about 22 minutes away and YVR about 10.
