Home warranty insurance on all new Listraor homes includes the following:

1. Defects in materials and labour for a period of one year after the date on which the warranty commences for the Strata Lot and 15 months from the date on which the warranty commences for the Common Property;
2. Defects in materials and labour, for a period of two years from the date the warranty commences, supplied for:
   • the electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning delivery and distribution systems; 
   • and the exterior cladding, caulking, windows and doors that may lead to detachment or material damage to the Strata Lot;
3. Defects in the building envelope, including defects which permit unintended water penetration such that it causes or is likely to cause material damage to the Strata Lot, for a period of five years from the date on which the warranty commences for the Common Property; and
4. Structural defects for a period of ten years after the date on which the warranty commences for the Common Property.
