You can rest assured that your Listraor home is worry-free with our 2/5/10-year warranty backed by Travelers Guarantee Company of Canada.

For the first two years, please contact us via our service request form regarding any warranty-related issues.

Home warranty insurance on all new Listraor homes includes 2 years on labour and materials, 5 years on the building envelope (including water penetration), and 10 years on the structure.

Listraor is responsible for the repair of drywall due to shrinkage and nail pops. This is covered for the first year at your request. (Please note that we do not repaint the repaired areas.)

The appliances in your home have their own manufacturers’ warranties – please contact Trail Appliances at 604.777.3300 ext. 2 for any appliance repairs. Please have the model and serial number ready.
